Closure of Hillmeads Medical Centre from 1/11/2022

Dear Patient

We are contacting all registered patients of the Hillmeads Medical Centre to advise that the Hillmeads branch surgery located at:

97 Hillmeads Road, B38 9NE will permanently close on 01^st November 2022.

If you have used Hillmeads Medical Centre branch in recent months, you may have received a text messages or a letter of the planned closure and inviting your comments. The main surgery at Druids Health will remain open.  

The closure of the branch will not affect your registration with ACE Medical Partnership and the doctors and staff very much hope that you will remain as a patient. However, if you wish to register with a different practice you are free to do so.

Druids Heath Opening times:

** From 01^st Oct 2022 Druids Heath surgery will be open from 09:00am-13:00pm on Saturday and Sunday subject to the availability of the extender hours and extender access contract, the current contract runs out on 01^st April 2023
